  Bad business. Ive been a very loyal customer and was going to lose my discount bc i couldnt pay online bc of their system issues. I informed i would be there Saturday they added late fees everyday. They also kept calling late hours. They were charging me almost $20 extra a month for an optional insurance they dont tell you about. Didnt want to reimburse me but use it on my next payment. I had to fight that issue. Bestway charges 4x more than what the furniture is worth and its badly used. Tv creeks & My sofa had cigarette burns. I visited inside and they are infested with roaches and furniture looks dingy and dirty. And they never do business at a decent hour its always after hours when children are in bed. Money hungry business. Will never do business again! They dont care abt the customer only the fact that you PAY!!! Or you will be subjected to harassment. Better of financing with big lots.
