  Worst customer experience ever! My mother ordered, and paid in full for, a mattress and box spring and they delivered the wrong box spring. My mother is a senior citizen, recently restricted to a wheel chair due to cancer. The box spring was supposed to be thin so that the bed was not too high for her to get into it. For the last 4 plus weeks, Debbie at the Wilkesboro store has been telling her she will order the correct unit on Monday. This has yet to happen. So, for now, my mother has to be lifted into and out of bed by her Vietnam veteran husband with a bum knee. Am I the only one that sees a problem with this????
